Spot light cable location

Postby Gran Finale » Sun Jun 06, 2021 2:24 pm

My '88 Gran Sport never had a spotlight installed. I have now purchased one and i am wondering where and how to run the cable back from the bow pulpit to the helm station for the remote. Any ideas?

There may be a wiring harness already at the bow. Like an 8 conductor plug. If not, you need an electricians snake and some liquid dish detergent. Pull it through the bilge to the engine room and up through the same path as the control cables. Wherever possible, tie it off to something with zip ties.
