Hi i have a cooling problem on my boat,when the engine is running the sea water pump cooling god but when the termostat is opening on 78 celsius the engine gets over 100celsius on 2000rpm. I have changed the glykol on fresh vater side and changed the impeller. I have cleand the heat exchanger. But still going to hot. Have anybody has the same fault and have a solution?

I am in the process of purchasing a 1989 Monaco 3000. I would like to locate any manuals I can find. I have looked on the Wellcraft site. However, the only information available is one page that shows the standard equipment that came with vessel. Is there anyone out there that may have an owners manual for this vessel? Thank you for your help.

I cannot figure out how to access them.

I have a leaking oval porthole on Starboard side of my cabin. Boat is 2003 Welcraft Coastal. Bottom faster that closes window is cracked and threads can't be tightened. Threads pretty much wiped out. Glass is fine. Never worked on this before looking for any advice out there.

Is it a part repair ot total replacement.

Hello, new to the site and along time wellcraft owner of a 23 nova.

Hi all:

Newish owner of a Sportsman 220 (2005). New to the forum, thanks in advance for any thoughts/suggestions. I am the third owner of my Sportsman. Prior owner had it in a slip, professionally maintained by a reputable marina. I went out this weekend and was having difficulty getting the boat up on plane. I am investigating the issue, and obviously am looking at the engine (Yamaha 200, same year), but I am looking at a few other potential issues.

There is a switch on the control panel labeled "ACCY." When I run it, I can hear another pump and can see water pouring through the storage compartment and into the bilge/out the drain. The bilge pump works fine as far as I can tell. I also replaced the washdown/livewell pump. I know these boats are known for fishbox drainage issues--that doesn't seem to be the culprit here. And I checked the bilge multiple times while out there--it wasn't full.

Could my bilge be hooked up to this "ACCY" (maybe a macerator) pump? Where is this water coming from? Any thoughts? I am wondering if I was weighed down and that could explain some of the planing difficulties. Quite a bit of water came out the transom drain.

I have a 1993 Wellcraft 24 Coastal with side vent windows that push out. One of the windows blew out last season.Any ideas on where to get a replacement either used or new??
