View the latest post hot water heater cinnectors

I have a 2004 330 coastal. The pex connector to the hot water heater won’t stay on. Does anyone know where to get the pex quick disconnect pex fittings. They are not standard 1/2” size, slightly smaller. Checked Home Depot but nothing fit

View the latest post First Real Boat...

Hello All-
Thanks for allowing us to join the forum.

We recently purchased a 1995 Wellcraft 330 Coastal. This is our first real boat. We both grew up around boats... small fishing boats, small family runabouts and ski boats. But this is our first venture in to a big boat. Learning about Seacocks, Zincs, Navigation, having someone dive on the boat monthly, marina life... etc. is all fun and exciting.

The boat will live in San Diego, we live in northern California. Our plan is to use it as a condo on the water, fish the SoCal and Mexican, lobster netting in the winter and trips to Catalina.

We look forward to learning from all the great owners here.

View the latest post Monte Carlo-1st Boat

My husband & I are in our first season w/1986 Monte Carlo. Loving our time on the sea & becoming more confident while still getting her more refurbished.
Sadly we already had our first mishap which broke our starboard window and having difficulty replacing our repairing it.

I have a Westerbeke 6.5 generator that will not start. It will turn over but not firing. I have done all the test that I have found on line for the coil and the spark assist. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

View the latest post Any general thoughts on this as a first boat?

Fella said he'll trade me for my firearm: I haven't seen the boat yet..
Anything of note to point out with this particular vintage craft?
I realize of course, no one is in front of the machine, so comments are taken as such...
:)
This would be my first boat: and I'm not shy about tearing into things to do repairs etc...
Seller says motor is: "40 horse Johnson"
I asked about any other repairs needed, aside from what the ad says, and seller says: "Correct, i had it out at the beginning of summer and it ran great but hasn't been run since been to busy with work"
The ad states:
"I have a 1985 Thundercraft Tri Hull the motor just got serviced over the winter it runs good just need the
driver and passenger seats replaced and a little reupulstry but floats and runs mins and just needs a hose
clamp for the gas line i just dont have time to use it and have my eye on
something else."

View the latest post 2003 330 Coastal - Seacock Locations?

Can someone please tell me where I should find the various sea cocks?
The previous owner didn't know, and I cannot find it in the Owner's Manual.
I searched the web and this site, to no avail...

Thank you.

Really liking the boat, but I have a lot to learn. :)
