I have a 1997 Eclipse 2000 and the center button fo9r the shifter keeps getting stuck or pops out. Looking for some info on how to properly address that.

Hi All - Mitch here from MA. Picked up a 2004 Coastal 252 at the end of last season. Prepping her now for this summer. Does anyone have any info / ideas / solutions on cracks on the inside of the hardtop? Leave or can they be repaired? Thank you

I own a 2004 330coastal ...The most frustrating experience every year and on occasion is service and/or repair in one or both diesel engines (volvo penta D6). The reason is that in order to get access on both sides on each engine I have to unscrew and remove both front seats to the aft deck so the mechanic work on them. By removing the two hatches between the seats is not enough ! even after removing the aft fish boxes and hatches on ths aft deck doenot do anything to help solve this problem. I have seen that the next up model the 360 wellcraft model has a lifting system under each chair (electrical?) who does this job giving ample access to the engine room . Any 330 coastal owner has similar experience and how he deals with it? .Any help,suggestion,or directions to this problem will be highly appreciated.

I recently purchased a 1989 192 classic in great shape. My question is on the interior. In every other boat I have purchased the cuddy has always has storage under the cushions. This one does not. Does anyone who has one have strife or can I open it up and add storage and if anyone has done this?

Greetings. I’m in the market for a used Coastal 290 in the 2000-2009 range and doing some research. One item I’m researching is the material of the fuel tanks. From what I have read Wellcraft used Plastic, Stainless or Aluminum depending on the year & batch. I’ve also read that plastic has a very short lifespan and stainless is about 20 years. Do you have any advice or experience on this topic?

I will be looking at a 1999 Martinique with twin Volvo 4.3's and XS drives. 570 hours. Is there anything specific to this model I should be looking for? I am an experienced boater, mostly with larger inboard vessels. So I know my way around boats, just know nothing about this particular model or the Volvo engine/drives. Boat will be on lake Erie.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

TX on Facebook Marketplace.

Can a New small Kicker outboard engine be added to this 1997 Wellcraft 240 Coastal with Mercurity 225HP?
I do not want to buy the boat unless I can Buy a Second Small Outboard Motor that will fit on the Transom or the back of the boat.
Does anyone have a Wellcraft 240 Coastal with a kicker second outboard engine? If so can you please supply the motor details and where the kicker engine is mounted on your boat?
