View the latest post 2003 Martinique 330 shaft clearance

Does anyone know the shaft clearance on a 2003 Martinique 330? I'm trying to determine the maximum size prop possible for this hull design with factory running gear. For reference, the shaft clearance is measured from the centerline of the shaft to the hull at a 90deg angle from the centerline, and measured at the midpoint of the taper. The customer would measure it herself, but the vessel is in the water and very far away.

Any prop selection experience with this vessel would also be welcome. Her boat is equipped with 8.1 375hp gas engines and 1.99:1 reduction gears.

Thank you.

Hi everyone. I'm the VP of Operations for Timbolier Industries. We make propellers and diesel engine electronic monitoring systems. I sometimes need information about Wellcraft vessels to help our customers with product selection. I'll be careful not to use the forum for promoting our products. Thank you.

View the latest post 1999 Wellcraft 180 fisherman

I have a recently purchased a 1999 Wellcraft 180 fisherman, tournament edition. Does anyone have access to owners manual, plumbing, and wiring diagrams? The bottom paint seems thick and chipping in places so this will be one of my first projects once I confirm wiring and accessories working order.

View the latest post 2600 Coastal Generator

I’ve done so much to my boat, that I’m to the point of no return! The wife and I are planning some Gulf ICW trips (NOLA to Panama City) anyway the last amenity I’m lacking is a generator. Was hoping that some other 2600 Coastal owner might have a generator installed and could post some pictures of the location. I’ve removed my in-deck fish box, so I thought about installing it there, but I figured there may be a better place that the factory used. Thanks!

View the latest post Newbie need info on model of my inboard engine

I have a 1984 wellcraft 2900 American.

Has twin inboards but cant find engine size or model-painted over all I can see is 220 on each engine? Trying to order parts

Also my water heater is bypassed-recommend size of new water heater to purchase and can I plumb via engine or just use 115V?

Need owners manual-searched internet-called wellcraft no downloads available I can find?

Insurance company had to list it as a scarab because they cant find appropriate model listed.

All I got was 29 feet long 8200 lbs 10.5 foot beam and a draft of 5.5 ft (which seems way off)

Thanks so much

Scott

View the latest post Hello everyone-New to wellcraft boats

My name is Scott and I just bought a 1984 wellcraft 2900 american. Going to make a 500 mile river trip from Louisville to Nashville to take it back to my Marina.

This is my first cabin cruiser and have only had speed boats and sailboats. Looking forward for some adventures hopefully without too many mechanical
problems. I believe this boat is big enough to keep myself and my 14 yr old son comfortable without too much expense on fuel.

If anyone knows by the way where I can find info on this model or where to look for a manual as I have tried it would be appreciated.

All the 2 engine inboard says is 220, don't know brand of motor as could not find relevant markings on it.

Believe I will enjoy this forum as much I have on the Hunter sailboat forum.

Thanks so much Scott Hall

View the latest post Attachment(s) Advice needed

I am in Seattle looking at a 1984 3400 express. She was re-powered in the early 2000's with straight 6 cylinder 300hp Yanmar Diesels (That fired up cold in less than 2 seconds) She's in pretty good shape overall and has decent electronics, (Auto pilot, Radar, GPS, etc) there is also a small Zodiac with a 15hp Honda 4 stroke O/B. There was a complete PPI survey 2 years ago that found very little wrong and the boat was just pulled and painted. I am going to have a mechanic give it an inspection. My question to you is what should I look out for? is this a good model and is $28K asking price a fare one? I will be putzing around puget sound into the San Juans and Victoria.
