Leaking water tank 32 Martinique

Postby Mac » Sun Jan 21, 2024 2:15 am

Hi, we have just acquired a 1996 3200 Martinique have found the water tank is leaking badly. Any one had any experience this, is there an easy way to access it and any ideas what could be.

Sounds like someone used too much chlorine to disinfect the tank and corrosion ate through it. The cheapest way out of it is probably to leave it and find a new place to install a polyethylene tank. Maybe under the vee berth and relocate the water line, filler and vent.
