1989 wellcraft gran sport weight

hi i am a new member and just purchased a 1989 well craft gran sport i was wondering if any one has had there boat put there boat on a scale i am trying to find the dry weight nada says 13400 but its hard to believe thanks Bob

Older are more thick skinned, as going through 90s on up they built on less material, that's prob close with twins

I have a 1988 Wellcraft brochure for the Gran Sport that says 13,400.

It only says weights are estimated and may vary from boat to boat based on equipment,etc. My feeling is that would mean dry weight.

I am about to change lakes with mine, same year and model, 89 Gran Sport. I was looking to buy a trailer and do it myself but haven’t found one yet. I am now planning to hire a professional. I am thinking of asking him to scale it during the move. If he does I will Post the weight with equipment and note current fuel and water levels.

thanks i had mine shipped from lake st.clair in mi. to pittsburgh pa i purchased a load rite 34r15000 trailer it was to small i went by the measurements in a manual that said the boat loa was 35.6 feet it measures 38 feet beam is listed at 12.6 it measures 13.4 I'm sure the weight that is listed out there is wrong too id be curious to see where it scales in at thanks
