1990 Corsica 3700

Hello all, looking at possibly purchasing a 1990 Wellcraft Corsica 3700. Going to go look at it tomorrow but all the photos seem to indicate a very well and clean maintained boat. Kinda fallen in love with its little breakfast bar set up in the cabin.

The owner did say there were 2 things notably wrong as of now. Front AC doesn't work and the refrigerator doesn't work. I am a DIY kind of guy who doesn't mind putting in the work to fix things and learn. I'm mechanically inclined, so would these be fairly easy fixes for me?

Is there anything I should take extra note of to look for or at when I go see it? Anything that I should know of to deter me from purchasing it?

I'm pretty excited to check it out. I'd be coming from a 95' Rinker FV 265 to a 3700 so it'll be a big upgrade and I'm sure a fun learning curve.

Unless you have the refrigerant experience and tools, it's easier and not overly expensive to replace them if it isn't an easy fix. I don't know if the Corsica's suffered from the same stringer problem the St Tropez's did but I would definitely get a surveyor to look at that.

I do plan on having a surveyor check it over. Won't be able to check the hull though as they don't want to move it to a marina where a lift can pick it up...and I'm ok with just replacing the AC unit as a whole. I'm gonna handle this boat with an open check book (in moderation) because I really do like the cabin layout and just the overall esthetics.
