I own a 2000 24 walk around and was wondering what are the 2 straps for on the fold down transom panel in front of engine. Also there are 4 holes in square pattern drilled in panel above the straps and cannot figure out what was removed. Any help would be appreciated.

Was there a fold down seat there at one time? You can never tell what was suppose to be there and what someone put there for a purpose only they know about. Post a pic if you can
