Need New Trailer recommendations for a Sportsman 210

Postby cvce82 » Thu Oct 19, 2023 2:02 pm

Hello All,

I purchased my 2000 Wellcraft Sportsman 210 a couple of years ago and it was on a single axle ez roller type trailer. That is way undersized for the weight, especially when I fill it up with a 100 gallons of fuel. I use the trailer to go about 1 mile to the boat ramp in the spring and back home in the fall. We use the boat in saltwater so galvanized has always been the thing here in NY (North Shore of Long Island). From what I calculate the hull, Yamaha Saltwater Series II OX66 and a full tank of gas is roughly 5200 lbs. I do not have any other tanks or wells.

My question is what is better a bunk or full roller trailer? I have never had a bunk trailer.

Does anybody have a descent suggestions. Thank you
