That should be just a standard 3" or 4" blower motor you can find at any marine store and sometimes Walmart, As for where to mount it anywhere you can that will get air out of the bilge. Is there not one there now? If I'm not mistaken there should be more than one. On my midsize cruiser(330 Larson Cabrio) I have 2-4" pulling air out and 1-4" pushing air in ( the one pushing air in is not really necessary but when we are traveling the intracoastal or in the canals it helps keep the air moving) They just go inline on the flexible tubing that comes of the vents
