Good Morning, My name is Jim and I am new to boating in general. I had the opportunity to buy a 19' 1986 Wellcraft 190 American last year that needs a new floor and some upholstery work. I am sure I will find more to work on as I get into things. Looking for tips and tricks for replacing the floor and such. Luckily I have a cousin who has done this before on a different boat so I will have a little help.

Welcome Aboard, After you cut the floor out don't forget to check the stringers and the rest of the floor supports for rot. Have fun and good luck
