First Wellcraft but our third boat.
Working with an 89 Monaco.
Have done
Getting things working.
Cleaned A/C
Ran insulated duct to the rear.
Repaired the generator
Replacing out drives

Need to do
Replace transom and one starboard stringer.
Front deck repair
Gel coat repair.
Thru hulls
Rebuild trailer

Looking for info on
Junk boats for parts
How the Settee works to turnS into a bed.

Welcome aboard, That sounds like a major rebuild project, as far as parts and info go that's going to be the tough part. Sounds like the web will be your friend, Type in salvage yards and go from there :banghead:
