Martinique 2600 New Zealand - leaking AFT

Postby FirstMatt2600 » Sun Sep 26, 2021 1:10 am

Hi All,

Very happy to find this group. I’m in New Zealand, recently bought a Martinique 2600 - 1999. To refurbish as a project. The fibreglass is buffing up well from heavily oxidised to a near new shine. Im using G6 compound with a wool pad variable speed polisher. After heavy rain I’ve noticed that that two bed AFT area carpet is saturated, located port side to the rear of the boat. Has anyone experienced this issue and found where the leak coming from? Thanks Matt

Welcome Aboard, first check any windows next deck drains, then make sure the bilge is draining to the stern. That's the simple stuff
