Airslot repair or sell?

Hi all

I bought a decent 165 last year and used it most of 2024
Summer. Recently, I pulled up the old carpet only to discover the former owner had covered over the rotten floor with construction grade plywood.
I removed a lot of it and found out that the stringers are also rotten inside their fiberglass casings.
My question is how much work is involved fixing all this stuff and putting down new floor or is it better just to try and sell the boat to someone that’s willing to spend the time to get it back into shape. Thanks for your thoughts and opinions.!

Huge job. Too expensive to pay someone to repair. If you have the skill to do it yourself go for it, if not sell it.

Did this with a Crestliner about 16 yrs ago....it's a serious commitment in time and money. If you can competently do the work yourself then it's just time and materials. Need to decide whether the boat is worth that much to you; it will likely cost more than you paid for it and you will never, ever recoup that cost.
