Upholstery for 1995 Excel SE 26

We are in the process of purchasing a 1995 Excel SE 26. The seats have some tears and wear spots and we are thinking we want to have them redone. Any ideas what that might cost? Assume it is not doable as a DYI? Any feedback appreciated!
