Winter Projects Completed, Time to enjoy the Boat!

Postby Rich3rdMorris » Tue May 08, 2018 9:56 am

Last December I took the boat out the marina for a list of winter projects:
Replace Old Windows with Black Oval Port Style Windows
Powder Coat the Hardtop Frame
Paint the Topside
Paint the Hardtop Deck underside Fighting Lady Yellow to match Hull
Paint Motors and install Newer Decals
Paint Swim Platform to match Hull/install Teak Matting/New Dive Ladder
Install four (4) new sealed batteries
Install two (2) additional bilge pumps
Install new Stereo System

More pics to come!

Wow, Boat looks great Rich. I added a forward pump in my boat. Put down a new cockpit sole and snap in carpet as well.

A1251, hey I never thought about adding a pump forward like that. How hard was it to install? I might look into adding one there as well. How’s the rest of the project coming along?

Wasnt too bad. Thats where the water seems to pool up at rest. Gotta be full by the time the rear pump can do anything. Ill let you know how it works out once I get it in the water.
