2002 walk around tach

Hello all ! I have a 2002 wellcraft walkaround that needs tach and speedo replaced, has anyone here changed them before and if so is it hard? I haven’t tried yet but it seems as I may need to remove the steering wheel which I’m a little weary of doing. Thanks in advance!

What outboard does it have? that will make a difference
