The starboard engine St. Tropez - ignition

The starboard engine St. Tropez - ignition

The Starboard engine on my St. Tropez makes a loud screeching noise when I start it. Takes a few tries before it engages. The noise is similar to when you forget your car is on already and you turn the key to start it.
