Mounting TV-How to?

Postby Lisound » Mon Sep 11, 2017 9:47 pm

I have a 2004 290 coastal. how do i mount the tv wall mount. there is a mirror on the other side of the bathroom wall. I got a few different plates. I just figured I can go with 3/4" wood screws. Pre drill through the fiberglass and into the wood backing on the mirror? fill the holes with 5200 and screw in the wall mount. Let it set a few days and hang the tv. there are 4 screws on the wall mount. How else did you guys mount the tv with the mirror on the bathroom wall?

No I just went for it. the mount I got for the TV allowed me to drill three holes above the mirror and I put a s*** ton of 5200 on the mount that was flush against the fiberglass. I think it's safe to say that TV is never going to come off that wall. Lol
I'll see if I have any old pictures of the installation book still under wraps for the winter here in the Northeast
