Windlass on 1999 Martenique 2400

Looking to put a windlass on my cruiser... It appears that there was never any intention for there to be on with the factory design. I have the manual and cant find it as an optional feature.. That said, Id like to do it. Has anyone messed with doing this on this year and model of cruiser? If youre familiar with the year/model, is there a space for the rode to fall? Is there adequate space for the locker? Big question, any recommendations on which model of anchor system to go with? One other thing, the nav lights are at the front of the bow where you would expect the anchor to sit and be depoyed....has anyone offset the deployment parts in lieu of moving the nav lights? Lots of questions here, bare with me. lol.
