Hello...new boat owner!

Postby Jmy129 » Thu Sep 05, 2019 12:19 am

Hello, I recently purchased a 1987 wellcraft 250 at an auction in Maryland and am trying to first determine the model (sportsman vs coastal) and then acquire manuals. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Thanks,
Jason

These are pictures from the 1988 Wellcraft brochure. The only difference that I can see is that the Sportsman does not have a bow pulpit. But the LOA's are the same so that does not make sense. it also looks like both came with IO's or outboards.

Thanks Bill! I figured out that I have the 250 coastal. I have the mercruiser sterndrive alpha 1. Any thoughts where I might find some manuals?
Thanks,
Jason
