Well I have solved my problem I hope. The guy I bought the outdrive from is going to do it for me. He opreats a marina, the only probem is he is 3 1/2 hours away. We are going to make a weekend out of it. :up:

Last time I pulled one had everything basically unbolted and went 2 mile down road to auto repair they had a high ceiling with electric chain hoist, went back with trailer pu, , reversed then, think guy enjoyed jumping in boat to help
