I've been plotting this out myself. Did you out your seacock and pump and strainer in the main aft bilge area at the stern

No I did not . My sea cock and strainer next to the front fuel tank on the outside of the stringer. In the area were the gen would be(or is)on the side that the holding tank is on. I up an access panel on the aft panel, I put the pump under the panel that's screwed in that the gen. would sit on and attached it to the stringer, and after that it's all creative plumbing. I used a 120V a/c so I didn't have to deal with another shore power cord and I also took my alcohol/electric stove out so I had that breaker available to use(Haven't used a stove on an y of our boats well except the pacemaker but it had full size appliances and all three kids were pre teens back then) I'll post some pics when I get a Chance

Couple hours up the road, New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs area but as soon as this front goes thru and the wind backs off a little I'll take some pics and post them. I tie the boat up on the lift to stabilize in the wind so it doesn't swing around as much

Sorry for the delay on the A/C pics but here they are, just a few notes 1, you have to cut in the fresh air intake vent so it's in the correct spot 2, the 2nd a/c vent I put in that spot by the steps so I could aim it at the aft cabin or turn it to blow out the cabin door when it's happy hour dock side 3, you will need to take the fridge out and take the screws out of the breaker panel in order to get the vents and wiring in also may need to get creative with the vents 4, the overboard discharge is the whitest one in the pics 5, I went with a 110 volt system so I didn't have to add another shore power line

Did you drill a hole through the stringer between the strainer and pump? I'm getting ready to install mine this weekend.
