You can find manuals on the www but they really won't tell you much, I'm not sure which set up your 330 has, some have a sump and some just have a pump you turn on and let run while using the shower. My 270 has a sump that is located just outside the head almost under the stairs. My Process involves turning on the head acc. breaker in the main breaker panel then turning on the shower sump in the head right next to the exhaust fan. It's also possible that a previous owner didn't want to do all that and just drained it into the bilge, I've seen that done more time than you would think. Good luck

Does the float switch and the pump in the sump box work?
Take the top off and activate by hand the float switch - does the pump come on?
I had to put a new float switch in mine to make it work.

Also make sure you have all the correct switches on, on my 270 you have to turn on the "Head Accessories" switch to get power to the shower pump switch witch also needs to be turned on(I have by passed all that)

Sounds like the hose is off from the drain, that is assuming the holding tank is the fresh water tank in the forward bilge. have pictures?
