Purchased a 1992 gran sport in pretty decent shape. Had some wiring challenges and fixed a fair number of items. But I have a port and starboard dock lights switches with some heafty white wire probably a #12 wire . Nothing comes on and there are no lights that I have not been able to light up. What are these mysterious lights?

Any help would be great.

Can u trace the white wires and see where they go?

There used to be a factory option for two forward facing lights in the hull right up by the bow that could only be described as "headlights". See if that 12 guage wire runs all the way to the bow. But, you may want to use those switches to control some accessory that you have installed.

Sorry for the late response. Was eventually working on the windlass and found both white wires tied off inside the anchor locker.
