I have a 1992 21CCF, on the port side I have a black knob on the gunwell, it is connected to a cable that goes to what looks like a cable operated valve can anyone tell me what it is for? The bottom of the hull also has some type of water pick up what is it used for????

If it's like my 18sport should be a drain for your baitwell
