Yea, ^^^^ 5-8 min. You may very well have 2 bilge pumps but find them and test them And when your on the trailer take the plug out rain water can do a lot of damage if it's aloud to build up

Drain it out every time you re-trailer, tipped back if possible, if you just got boat could just be rain water, with water out should perform better, hopefully with that much water it didn’t deep into structural of boat

So your bilge pumps are working I take it. They should have float switches that turn them on when the water reaches a certain level. I am a little suspect of them since they did not turn on and pump out.

Being a small boat pump is probably just manual switched as was in my 195, sounds like you just had accumulating rain water unless you have a bellows problem leaking in thru transom behind motor, u have a 3.0 or a v8, look in behind motor at transom see if have water dripping /leaking in

haven't posted to this thread in a while but goodday you said something that is true, my boat is with a reputable mechanic now and he did indicate my exhaust boots (bellows) are leaking and will replace them, I noticed every time I haul it somewhere is when the one spot in the cuddy where you step down onto gets soaked so appears water is trapped beneath it I guess
