Engine room blowers

Trying to get my '88 Portofino in the water for the first time... Blower switches do nothing & can't find them anywhere. Thought they would be in the 4-5" ducts aft, but no dice. Such a simple question... Anyone? Also, where was the macerator located to pump overboard? (offshore)
