290 Coastal - flip down seat by battery switches

I just bought a 05 290 Coastal and the seat that is mounted in front of the battery switches has been removed from the boat. The seller DID give me the seat and it has two spring loaded pins but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to mount it. Anyone want to help enlighten me?
