2000 Wellcraft 186S Questions?

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the forums and just wanted to start off by saying hello and that I hope everyone is doing well right now.
I am looking into purchasing an older boat to get out on the lake with and I came across one for sale that intrigued me. From the few pictures I saw the boat looks to be in decent shape for it's age. However I don't know much about this particular boat and I was hoping you all could provide me with some insight.
The boat is a 2000 Wellcraft 186S. The seller stated the boat has a "small oil leak", however the mechanic they took it to was unable to locate the leak, but they do not believe it's coming from the block. I'm looking to see if there were any common issues with this model that I should be aware of? Specific things to look into?
Additionally, any input that could be provided about the boat in general? Good? Bad? Possible value(w Wellcraft trailer)? Whatever you can throw at me so I can ask the seller questions and especially if/when I decide to go look at it soon.
I really appreciate any information that anyone can provide to me about this model.
