Deck repair on a 160 Fisherman/Todd livewell

Hi all! Some of the screws that secure the Todd livewell/helm seat to the deck have worked loose and there needs to be some structural repairs done. the deck is sound but the holes are stripped. Wellcraft tells me that the deck is solid fiberglass (no wood! :captain2: ) and it appears the mounting screws went into the stringers as well, not much room to work, no under deck access. Just wondering if anyone here had any experience with this problem.
Thanks
Mike

BTW, I was in contact with the Todd ice chest folks, the responded quickly and asked for pictures of the helm seat/ice chest/live well, after they looked at them they informed me that they supply the ice chest/swing back seat and mounting bases only...the raw water feed and drain were added by the boat manufacturer. Just an FYI. I elected to repair the original screw holes with resin/chopped FG mat/West System 406, and added two new screws per side as well, time will tell, be better if it were through bolted but there is no access.
