lifting and setting 43' portofino

I just purchased a 1988 43' Portofino and it's time to put her up for winter. There are no sling location markings near the rub rail indicating proper sling lift points. Anyone here know where the boats should be lifted and where the boat should be cribbed underneath? IE: Bulkhead locations.
It appears someone has lifted the boat in the wrong location, in the past. The port side rub-rail, between bow and mid-ship, seems to have been pulled up by boat sling while hauling??
