Replacing or Repairing Porthole Window

Greetings
I have a leaking oval porthole on Starboard side of my cabin. Boat is 2003 Welcraft Coastal. Bottom faster that closes window is cracked and threads can't be tightened. Threads pretty much wiped out. Glass is fine. Never worked on this before looking for any advice out there.
Brand
Is it a part repair ot total replacement.
Good company to contact for parts or new window.
