The livewell should drain out the starboard side of the boat. You should be able to see it when you look through the hatch under the door, or if you remove the toilet paper cabinet behind the helm.
Try using a coat hanger to carefully clear out the drain hose. Mud wasps or fish scales have probably plugged it up.
I see this post is older, so I hope you have fixed the problem by now.
