1985 200 XL Sundeck

Would anyone have some pictures of how the sundeck attaches and is supported on a 200 XL or similar? The PO had some redneck engineering going on with 2x4s and joist hangars, the gas struts are also missing. I'd like to get it back to near original. Any idea on what size struts are used?
