1987 Portofino under step switches

Under the top cabin step are the battery disconnects, the engine hour meters, a bunch of push circuit breakers, and a toggle switch.
What does the toggle switch do?

Doesnt it say , flip switch and boat will self destruct in 10 sec., just kidding
