1988 17 Classic , how to remove interior panels

I need to put a new floor in my 17 Classic, but to remove the carpet, I need to get the side panels off, how do the come off.? Do the slide down over a screw or are the6 screwed from behind, if they are how do you get a screw driver in there ?? Thanks

Some padded panels are held on with ribbed plastic push on fastioners, ?pry whole panel off , maybe pryoff button cap with screw behind?, screw buried in whatever panel trying to get?
