The drains of both of my in floor storage boxes seam to not go anywhere. I’ve stuck a wire tie in, and it just stops about 2 inches in. This can’t be the way it’s supposed to be is it? Thanks. John.

Those are fish boxes not storage but I suppose you could use them for storage, they drain to a macerator pump in the stern bilge area and there should be a switch on your helm panel that says fish box

Oh. Lol. So, they will only drain when the pump is turned on?
