fuel delivery

morning , i have a 1990 wellcraft st tropez twin 454 , i,m only getting fuel from port side engine , set at all , am i missing something , just bought the boat , is there a common problem , how about a good guess thx in advance

Are the valves on the fuel tree set correctly?

1989 Wellcraft 32' St Tropez (resto/Great Loop project)
Past:
1975 Crestliner Crusader 17.5' C775 (never accept a free boat)
