Hi New User and New Owner of an old Wellcraft 2000 WA

Hi Guys & Gals,
I am a new owner of a 19 year old Wellcraft: 2000 24 ft Walkaround.
I've rented boats 20 to 26 ft for several years and finally bit the bullet.
I have a dozen questions to the ownership gang on this forum and anywhere else you can point me.
I have contacted Wellcraft and downloaded what I can find from their site. One confusing issue: they don't have clean user manuals for the 24 WA for 2000. Should I be looking at one of their other models?
First day out, I've identified twelve projects for coming months. I own a small machine shop, which clearly gives me a DIY advantage. Moreover, we specialize in engineered plastics.
I bought my 2000 Wellcraft 24 Walkaround because the hull was in mint condition. But stored for several years in a yard, almost all the pumps are either not working or working poorly. O-Rings sitting for 5 years without motion just don't survive.
Where can I find the Electrical circuit schematic and Hull design.
I am planning on installing a set of 8 inch Deck Plates to gain access to the hull and being refurb and updates, but I am finding limited data.
Example: the two large fish lockers on the aft sides of the deck. They don't drain freely (i.e. they are not self-draining) and from what I've read have a std pump or macerator pump attached. But I can find them! Where can I find the outlet source. This weekend it's the old push a flat plastic wire to sense the location.
By the way, we can redesign these to drain ice melt and rain fall with a filtered 1/4" line AND fast rain with a 3/4" macerator pump. My son and I fish the SoCal Coast. You need a macerator pump or a 3/4" scupper one-way valve if you are self-bailing. God Bless the Pacific Ocean...
Thanks,
PatriotGuy
