hello, i just bought a 1997 23 excel , with a johnson outboard, i put it in the water and tried the baitwell, it went on for 3 seconds, and i lost most electrical for gps, radio, motor runs but no pumps , any ideas? thank you frank

Sounds like a pump replacement, but also could be charging problem. Was the engine running? are the batteries good? On second thought check the charging system 1st
