Hello, my name is John, and I just purchased a1997 Wellcraft Excel 23ft Walkaround cuddy cabin, with a 1996 Johnson Ocean runner 200. In the past, I’ve had a 19 foot center console and a 16 foot tiller steer. Both weren’t worth very much, but I puttered and sputtered my way around. This Wellcraft is my first serious boat purchase, and I hope it is an enjoyable one. The internet can make you dizzy with all the positive and negative opinions on all makes and models, and this boat is no exception. Welcome, I see you already l have learned a good lesion every on has there favorites and there always the best. Truth is from the late 90's on there all pretty close, some have different features that make them more appealing to some and so on anyway welcome aboard
