Good evening everyone. I am about to pull the trigger on a 2004 Wellcraft 252 Coastal w/ yamaha F250 4 stroke that i'm taking to Lake Ontario full-time. I am new to the great Lakes as I have spent my past and / present time on a pontoon on Saratoga Lake. I am anxious to get the boat home and start outfitting it, and that will certainly lead into questions I won't have answers for. With that said I wish to thank in advance any Wellcraft owners who may be able to share their input and guidance in respect to your experiences, views, tips and mostly patience. Thanks Jim

So how do you like the 252 Coastal?
Show some pix if you got them.
Thanx.

Great boat, good in any water, you just can't get to anything and the head (at least on my 270) seems backwards to me but I can fix that

No pics of my 252 yet, I still have it under wrap. It spent little time at canvas guy getting cushions redone and a drop curtain added to rear or helm. Now its at marine place getting a kicker motor (yamaha 9.9T high thrust) added. Winter wrap should be coming off very soon But dusting of snow today has me taking me time but within next week i should be able to bust her out. Any mounting suggestions on a kicker motor placement bracket for 252 coastal. hope everyone's doing well in these crazy times.

Not many kicker motors down here in the gulf, good luck. I will say if I had a kicker I would have it on a jack plate so I could control how deep it was running
