New to the brand and new to the group. I just bought an '84 model 255 Aft Cabin and I can't find any information anywhere. No manuals, no parts... Why does it seem old Wellcrafts are such a mystery?

Your boat, like mine was built by a different Wellcraft company...they've changed hands and the brand was revived but the current company doesn't seem to have a ton of info on the older models. Our boats were also born before the internet, and that makes a huge difference as all the info was either on paper or in owner's heads those days!

The original Wellcraft went bent belly up in 2007, the only thing that was saver was the name. The factory shut down and everything there was actioned foo or scraped. finding info for anything 2007 or older is a crap shoot

Hello! I’m in the same situation. Need to have some clues about the original look of the AFT cabin 255. Mine has no seats, no Bimini, the gauges panel is a mess, etc... I would appreciate a lot some olders pics to have visual references
