Wellcraft 252 Coastal in SC

Picked up a Wellcraft 252 Coastal that was sitting up FOR 12 YEARS. 
She's coming together! Got her cleaned up, took off a Yamaha F300 HPDI that was locked up and stuck that engine on eBay. Picked up a 2021 Suzuki DF300AP in FL with 4 yrs of warranty left on it to get it to plane good. 
Had to suck out 90 gallons of 12 yr old gas yesterday... decent enough to use in a lawn mower as I've found so far! Yeah there was water in the tank too but... it ALL came out and the TANK is GORGEOUS on the inside! That was a WOW for sure. Going with minimal Garmin electronics for now until I give her a year on the water: Lake Murray, Charleston SC area and possibly FL when possible. VERY glad to have found this site as the Wellcraft company is no more. Thanks to the admins for keeping up a GREAT SITE.
