New Member but not new owner

I have a 1985 one owner (brand new April 1986) St Tropez. I haven't seen much need over past 30 years to look for a Wellcraft Owners Group but have always enjoyed meeting other Wellcraft (particularly St Tropez) owners. Made a very good friend once by just cruising over a introducing myself. My homeport is Midland Ontario, Canada (Wye Heritage Marina on Georgian Bay). Back in the late 80's they were very very few St. Tropez boats on Georgian Bay or in Canada. NAFTA changed that, and by early 90's many beat up salt water boats appeared at used boat dealers and my boat's value plunged. However, I was happy to stay true to my St Tropez. She still runs pretty good, hull looks great, cabin looks great. She is showing a few wrinkles... canvas and vinyl topsides showing it's age (maybe next year).
I found this forum today while looking to replace my lock to the cabin door (I lost mine..second time it's happened but now that the original Wellcraft company is gone I didn't know where to turn). Good news ..thanks to Google & internet I have two new ones on order.

If anyone else has a similar problem or any other questions re maintaining a boat this long just ask and I will try to help.
