New member, looking to upgrade my Eclipse

Hi all,
Found this forum while researching my next boat. This doesn't look like a real busy forum but, thought I'd give it a whirl.
I currently own a 1995 182 Wellcraft Eclipse. It's been a great boat, I'm the 2nd owner and bought it in 1997. But, we're moving to FL and if I can sell it in the spring/summer, I will then upgrade to a bigger, more ocean friendly boat down there. Oh, I live in Northeast Illinois, greater Chicagoland and we say.
I'm thinking, $3,500 is a fair asking price, it's in really good shape, still runs well. Thoughts?
I'm very interested in upgrading to a 220 Sportsman, no older than 2000 and for the cost, probably no newer than 2006. Any Sportsman owners on here? How do you like it, what do you not like about it?
I do fish, but I'm not hardcore, so I don't need a center console. I really like the open space of the Sportsman and the creature comforts.
Appreciate any feedback.
