Hi. Just purchased a 2015 Wellcraft 290 Coastal with twin Yamaha 250's. Home port will be mid-coast Maine. We have a 20 year history of cruising the coast with express cruisers and this past summer sold our 2001 310 Rinker Fiesta Vee. Wondering what to expect in terms of ride, handling, etc. compared to the express cruiser style. Also, previously our dinghy was stored on the swim deck. Any ideas on how to effectively store a hard botton 9 ft Avon inflatable on board? A thought was to lay it in the cockpit while underway, un-inflated then inflate with a foot pump or 12 volt air pump. Thanks for any input.
