Are you in fresh or saltwater? How far did it sink?

the flappers on the motorwell scupper are gone and the deck drain under the fishbox lid in the deck was broken off, so waves came in and I suppose after time the pump didn't keep up or went dead so far I have rewired the batteries and added new battery switches.
ive got new used yamhas coming this week
